Return Policy – DRKS Times

We offer exchanges for products returned in unused, sellable condition with original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. Report missing items, wrong orders, or excess charges within 24–48 hours. We provide exchanges only—no refunds or credits.

Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from drkstimes.com. Products bought from third-party sites or physical stores will not be accepted. Email us at drkstimes@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing, as all returns are reviewed by our customer service team. You’ll receive a call or email once processed.

Terms & Conditions:

• A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned items.

• Each item is eligible for exchange only once.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Gifts or promotional items must be returned along with the original order.

• Sale items are final sale—no returns or exchanges.

• Exchanges are valid only for items of equal or lesser value; no refunds will be issued for price differences. If the new item costs more, the balance must be paid.
